“Your children are the most important followers

“Your children are the most important followers you will ever have.”
I heard this quote at my moms group recently and it really stuck with me. I love sharing on my blog, YouTube, and here on Instagram, but the most important person I want to influence is this little guy right here. God entrusted him into mine and Luke’s care, to raise him in a loving home and to teach him about his Mighty God. Its a high calling and the best calling I’ve ever received. 🤍

Every night after I put Noah to bed, I look forward to spending the next day with him. I appreciate the break of course, but I’m so happy and fulfilled as a mom to my sweet boy. He is such a joy to be around and is constantly “cheesin” and waving at everyone he sees. He’s a sweet sensitive soul with a goofy, silly side. I’m so grateful to be his mom. Noah, you are my world and my heart would burst if I loved you any more.

And to Luke, we did it. Let’s celebrate!! 🎉 We survived a whole year with our first baby. We’ve had so many ups and downs when it comes to parenthood. In two words: IT’S HARD! But it would be infinitely harder without you. Thank you for being the best dad to Noah and an incredible partner to me. I’m so grateful for you and I love you so, so much.

Last time I was at a pumpkin patch Noah’s 99th percentile head was in my ribs (#breech) and about to make his world appearance. Let’s just say this year’s pumpkin patch experience was much more enjoyable 😂🎃🌽

My favorite thing to do with my little family is g

My favorite thing to do with my little family is get outside. Whether it be a short walk around the neighborhood, an afternoon turning over rocks looking for crabs at the beach, or a long hike in the mountains, I just love being outside. And little Noah is always so happy and content when outside, so it makes getting out so easy 😊 It’s so good to get fresh air and enjoy creation. I seriously always feel so much better after spending time outside, even if it’s just 5-10 minutes. What’s your favorite thing to do outside? 😊

I can’t believe Noah is 11 months old. I love my boy more than I could ever express. I’m so grateful God gave me him even when I didn’t think I was ready. He is my whole 🌎 and I can’t imagine life without him. Only one more month of the “baby” months and I am soaking it up! 💙
