I LOVE finding free resources I can use as a teacher in the classroom. As a substitute teacher, it’s always important to come prepared with materials to make your day run as smooth as possible. Read “10 Essentials Every Substitute Teacher Needs in their Sub Bag” to find out which supplies are most detrimental to making your job easy… or at least easier 😉 One of my favorite “must-have supplies” is a “While You Were Out” note to leave for the teacher you were subbing for that day. I’ve designed this note myself and love using it to leave important details for the teacher so they can have a clear idea of how the day went and especially so they can compliment/reward students who did an awesome job to help out the sub that day. Below is a printable version of the freebie for your use! Happy Teaching!
